I started my career as an educator in the public school system and discovered that I am a teacher/coach at heart. Having been a real estate coach/trainer for the last 20+ years, I realized that I had a desire to share the models/systems and tools available to real estate brokers and salespeople with businesses outside of the real estate sales business.  Together with the principles from The One Thing, it’s my goal to come alongside those businesses as a partner/advocate to assist them in clarifying their goals, their priorities and how their daily/weekly/monthly/yearly plans inform their opportunity for extraordinary success.
